On Thursday, December 1 at Partners In Care our tradition continued when we honored 245 loved ones with the gift of light and reading of their names.

Please plan to join family, friends, and Partners In Care staff in 2012 as we gather again in the spirit of giving and remembrance. There will be refreshments, fellowship, singing, and a message of hope as we remember loved ones.

Thousands of tiny lights will illuminate our Tree of Light as we begin to read the names of your loved ones.

With a suggested donation of $20.00, you will receive our remembrance ornament. Not only is this a precious reminder each year of your loved one, but your donation will help support the core services at Partners In Care: Our volunteer, grief support, and spiritual care programs that are open to the community.  

Light Up A Life is a service of remembrance — a sacred time at Partners In Care for honoring loved ones whom we hold now invisibly, but indelibly in our hearts. Please plan to join us.
