On Thursday, December 13, 2012 at Partners In Care, our tradition continued when we honor loved ones with the gift of light and reading of their names.

Please join family, friends, and Partners In Care staff in 2013 for the spirit of giving and remembrance. There will be refreshments, fellowship, music, and a message of hope. (Date to be announced late August.)

Thousands of tiny lights will illuminate our Tree of Light as we begin to read the names of loved ones.

Light Up A Life is a service of remembrance — a  time to honor loved ones whom we hold now invisibly, but indelibly in our hearts.
