The memory gardens at Hospice House play an essential part in the healing of the soul and heart when patients and their families are facing life limiting illnesses or are struggling with reflective grief. They are a place to sit in the quiet of nature or stroll around the walkways, view the koi in the pond, or quietly watch the birds and wildlife.
Memory stones, cathedral bells, bronze statues and trees will be found throughout the gardens, placed there by friends and families as an eternal monument to a loved one.
Memorial Stones
Partners In Care can memorialize your loved one’s life for years to come with one of our engraved stones. The stones range in size from 8” to 14” across and can be engraved in any of 6 font styles.
Place it in our memorial gardens at Partners In Care, in your yard under a favorite rose bush or tree, or on a fireplace hearth. No matter where is rests it is a loving tribute to your family member or friend.
A minimum donation of $350.00 is requested for an 8” stone; $400.00 for a 10” and $500.00 for a 12”–14” stone. Up to two lines can be engraved on the 8” stone, 3 lines on the 10” and up to 5 lines on the largest. Delivery time is two weeks
