Hospice Care featured in Ageless Magazine

Freelance writer Susan Stafford provided two feature articles published in The Bulletin’s Ageless Magazine. Three of our caregivers shared their experiences providing hospice care to the Fetrow family. Kristi Hammond, RN, Coleen Pidgeon, LCSW, and Jody Cade, CNA, worked with the Fetrows to care for their mother, Marilou, at the end of her life. The article shares the family’s words of gratitude and promotes the necessity for end-of-life care.

A second article in Ageless profiled Partners In Care’s Hospice House, sharing information about features and benefits of this unique inpatient care facility. Hospice House clinical supervisor, Jenni Carver-Ross is interviewed.

Finally, you can learn more about how hospice care and Medicare work together in an article by Miranda Mathae, SHIBA Program Field Officer.
