Hospice is unique. It neither hastens nor postpones death. It is about living one day at a time while emphasizing dignity and quality of life.

At Partners In Care, we believe that hospice care is an important choice in the cycle of life. We also know that end-of-life decisions can be complicated, and that emotional and spiritual needs are just as important and in need of attention as physical health care. That’s why our team of specialists works together to meet the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the entire family, while remaining sensitive to the values and beliefs of each individual.

We are committed to providing hospice and home health care the way our patients need it. In addition to providing care in the home, Partners In Care also offers patients our exclusive Hospice House facility, the only healthcare facility in Central Oregon designed exclusively for hospice patients. This warm, home-like atmosphere welcomes terminally ill patients who are in need of symptom management, skilled end-of-life care or respite care. Individualized hospice care is provided 24 hours a day by registered nurses and certified nurse aides as directed by the attending physician.
