Your Gift Makes a Difference

Your donation to Partners In Care helps ensure that high quality care is available to all hospice and home health patients and their families, including those in need of financial assistance. Contributions also support community bereavement and volunteer programs, Hospice House, Transitions, Palliative Care, and many more important programs and services. Gifts without a designation will be used where the need is greatest.

Partners In Care is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, tax-ID #93-0756143. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. Tax receipts are provided for all gifts.

Gifts can be made in memory of a loved one or in honor of a birthday, anniversary, or special occasion. Make your tribute gift below.

Families of our patients often ask that – in lieu of flowers or otherwise – a donation be made to Partners In Care in memory of their loved ones to help future patients and families and/or to thank our dedicated staff and volunteers.

Donating to Partners In Care via Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) is a convenient option to make your gift. Making a gift through your DAF is a simple and effective way to achieve your philanthropic goals.

Workplace Giving Campaigns

Many employers sponsor annual workplace giving campaigns where to make payroll deductions to selected charities. You can encourage your employer to participate in such a campaign and see if Partners In Care is a possible choice.
