As the region’s oldest and largest mission-based end of life care organization, the PIC board is expanding its membership to include representatives from key areas it serves.
Vic Russell owns Vic Russell Construction and has been active in the La Pine community since 1972. Jerry Andres is the retired CEO of Eagle Crest Resorts in Redmond and is currently the principal of Workhorse Solutions, LLC, in Redmond.
Russell became aware of Partners In Care when his mother-in-law received hospice care. Russell said he found the Partners In Care staff to be professional, courteous, responsive and compassionate in answering the many questions he and his wife had about end of life. His community involvement has included service on the Deschutes County Planning Commission; as well as the Habitat for Humanity and La Pine Community Health Clinic boards of directors.
Andres is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Redmond Proficiency Academy and Redmond Chamber of Commerce. He has experience as Chairman of Boys and Girls Club Board of Governors, Chairman of Central Oregon District Hospital Board, Member of St. Charles Health System Board and Chairman of the Redmond Airport Commission.
