Mindfulness and Grief Class

This eight-week class from April 1 – May 20th on Mondays from 2 – 3:30 pm defines mindfulness and offers instruction on managing the grief process with mindfulness tools such as present moment awareness and using meditation and the breath to stabilize difficult emotions and intrusive thoughts that occur related to stress and grief.
