There are numerous health benefits from mindfulness practices such as: Improved cardiovascular system, more flexible central nervous system. Better self-regulation and coping strategies. Mindfulness can render us less impacted by painful events. Enable us to respond more effectively and less reactively. Increasing tolerance to uncertainty Improve social and relational skills. Increased self-compassion and self-acceptance. Enhanced cognitive performance and higher brain functioning.
