Participation Commitment  Attend at least 10 of 12 monthly large group sessions - must attend first session Participate fully in Home Groups (required) Complete home practice assignments, practices, and readings Attend the Orientation Session and Session 1 While the group is no cost, participants must purchase the book Important Points April 11 session is 10 am - 1:30 pm Participation is required in community home groups Estimated 5-7 hours/month + monthly Home Groups + life review journal IMPORTANT!
